Delete your account

This page is provided for users of the Andre’APP mobile application to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data. The app is published by ANDRE CLOTHING-US LLC.

What happens when you request deletion

After you submit, we verify the email belongs to your account and permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is complete.

What is deleted

Your profile and login credentials
All content and activity you created in the app
Usage and device data linked to your account

What we may retain

We may keep limited records (such as transaction or billing logs) for up to the period required by law or for fraud prevention, after which they are deleted. If your app deletes everything, you can remove this section.
